Atty. Paula Defensor-Knack Nanawagang kasuhan si VP Leni dahil sa kanyang mga sinabi laban sa Makati RTC

The sister of the former Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago, who happens to be also an expert international lawyer, Attorney Paula Defensor-Knack slammed the Vice President of the Philippines for her unrequested statements against the Judiciary.

Based on Attorney Paula Knack, VP Leni Robredo needs to be sanctioned by the courts for speaking on a pending case after she stated that the RTC Makati broke the law in authorizing warrant of arrest with bail against Sen. Antonio Trillanes.

Attorney Knack slammed the Vice President for her declaration against the Makati RTC as an obvious violation of the law perhaps even called Robredo being a very stupid lawyer.

Miriam’s sister additionally pointed out in another statement that how come the court broke the regulation as she was cited as stating “Eh bakit binigyan pa ng hearing after the SC denial of the TRO at hindi inaresto kaagad? Magle-lecture ka pa sa judges? Pakinggan ka kaya? 2 courts pending ang kaso ni Trillanes sa RTC.” Atty. Knack said.

In a news report released by GMA News , VP Leni Robredo was cited as stating “Ang mga korte ang inaasahan nating maging matibay at patas na sandigan, lalo na sa laban para sa ating mga karapatan. Nabigo ang tiwalang ito sa utos ng Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 150 na arestuhin si Senator Trillanes, sa kabila ng malinaw na pagbigay sa kaniya ng amnestiya,” Robredo, a lawyer, stated.

VP Leni also mentioned that “Kung ang batas ay kayang baluktutin laban sa isang miyembro ng Senado, ano na lang ang posibleng gawin sa ating mga mas mahihirap na kababayan? Patuloy kaming naninindigan kasama ni Senator Trillanes, sa gitna ng panibagong panggigipit ng administrasyon sa mga kritiko nito,” VP Leni added.
